| Every night wash your feets properly.Scrub well to remove the dead skin. Then in a small tub pour some warm water and add coconut oil. Soak your feet for 5-7 mins. Dry your feet and apply vaseline nicely. Do it regularly. |

Keep them clean and wash them properly.
Try not to expose them to sunlight, dirt, dust,etc.
Keep your heels in cold and warm water alternatively for sometime.

| First you have to pomice stone your heels often, this gets rid of the dead skin so the skin underneath can be conditioned with coconut oil or castor oil, they both work great but virgin coconut oil smells better.
